Mitchell 1 is excited to announce that registration is now open for the 2026 workshop! This Shop Management Workshop is designed to help professional service advisors and shop owners/managers unlock the full potential of Manager™ SE and ShopKey® shop management systems to improve efficiency and grow their businesses.
Registration Fee:
The registration fee is $325 per attendee and includes the 2-day training, welcome reception, workbook, breakfast, lunch, refreshments and evening reception. (Parking and hotel rooms not included.)
Workshop Location
This year’s workshop will be held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Scottsdale Resort, about 20 minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
Expert-led Sessions and Hands-on Practice Lab
The two-day workshop will be led by Tim McDonnell, Mitchell 1’s senior product marketing manager for Manager SE, and Dan Johnson, product manager for Mitchell 1’s management software solutions. Attendees can expect lively discussions on how to use the management system to energize their business, increase profits and boost productivity.
The venue will also feature a practice lab equipped with computers and staffed by Mitchell 1 product specialists.
Learn New Features, Best Practices, and Tips-and-Tricks
Attendees will have the opportunity to learn new features, best practices and tips-and-tricks to leverage more of the workflow capabilities within their shop management systems. The workshop will guide users through all levels and functionality of Manager SE and ShopKey shop management systems.
Instructors will explore program setup values, inventory, reporting, advanced transactions, as well as integration with the latest multi-supplier aftermarket catalogs.
Please note: This workshop is open to users at all levels. If you are a beginning user, we recommend training with our tech support experts in the open lab during the workshop.

Scottsdale, Arizona has warm weather in April with temperatures in the high 80s. The dress code is casual for all of the sessions, reception and meals.

Workshop Cancellation Policy
If you need to withdraw from the workshop, you can cancel your RSVP and request a refund directly through Eventbrite no later than 14-days prior to the first day of the workshop. Click Here here to learn how to Request a Refund from Eventbrite. After the cutoff date, a refund will only be made if a qualified replacement is found. You can also transfer the registration to another workshop held at a future date.
